We'd like to remind you that our brand new TMDistribution.co.uk website will be launching today
The new site has been developed to improve your experience and make ordering much easier for you! Using the much improved new search engine and easy-to-use navigation system, you can now locate products quickly and simply, and receive instant feedback on product availability. These new facilities enable you to browse our entire stock range effortlessly.
The current site will be turned off at 6pm today and the new site will be switched on immediately after; however it can take between 8 and 48 hours for the changeover to be visible to all users. If you are still unable to view the new website on Monday, please contact the Call Centre team.
Any items still in your basket at 6pm today will be lost so please either checkout orders before 6pm or make a note of these items so you can re-enter them on the new site. The new site will be available to view immediately after the current site is turned off so there will be no disruption to viewing.
Your previous Order History won’t be visible on the new site. The new site's Order History will not contain any orders placed before 6pm 14th January. If you would like to have a record of past website orders, go to ‘Order History’ on the current site (see left-hand panel in ‘Your Account’), before 6pm Saturday, and print out the list of Orders.
The web address www.TMDistribution.co.uk remains the same; however if you have the page bookmarked you may need to re-bookmark once the new site is launched.
Existing log-in and password details will also be unchanged but if you currently have your web browser set to remember these details you will need to re-enter them on the new site. If you have forgotten your log-in or password then the Call Centre Team can assist you on 0845 705 6568.
Please note: as yet, we are still working on development to enable the site to show discounts and money-off prices . At present only the RRP prices will be shown; however, your usual discount, plus any other offers you are eligible for will be applied at invoicing stage. We are working hard to resolve this over the next few months.
