Chester (41/141) have advised that due to severe weather throughout their region, some deliveries may be affected, in particular:- SY21 postcodes due to flooding and burst river banks, LL67 due to fallen trees and LL58 -- LL78 in Anglesey.
Belfast (64) have advised that due to severe weather on the Irish Sea all freight exiting Parkhouse and Marston Gate will not arrive at the depot until later today, thereby incurring a 24 hour delay.
Harlow (23) have advised that a tree has fallen in the Hatfield Broadoak area, resulting in the closure of the road and congestion on surrounding routes, therefore deliveries, including premiums for postcodes CM21 to CM23 and Stansted Airport will be affected. They have also advised that there are several trees have fallen in CB10 and CB11 postcodes, therefore deliveries will be affected.
Dartford (5) have advised that due to high winds the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge has been closed, resulting in major congestion in the surrounding areas. Therefore some deliveries to DA, BR and SE postcodes will be affected.
Channel Islands (4 & 6) have advised that due to the continuing storm force 8 to 9 winds today’s ship has been unable to dock in either Guernsey or Jersey, therefore all consignments onboard will incur a 24 hour delay.
Newcastle (56/156) have advised that due to a RTA resulting in the closure of the Tyne Tunnel, some deliveries including premiums will be affected to postcodes:- NE12, NE13, NE20, NE23 -- NE29, NE61, NE63, NE65, NE66, NE98, NE99
Isle of Man (53) have advised that The Isle Of Man Steam Packet have just confirmed the cancellations of the following sailings due to adverse weather conditions in the Irish Sea:-
Heysham to Douglas at 02:15hrs
The following sailings on subject to possible disruption/cancellation.
Douglas to Heysham at 08:45hrs & Heysham to Douglas at 14:15hrs
