Just to remind you, as of 1st June 2011 Trust Media Distribution will be offering free carriage on orders of £25 (order value) and over for UK and ROI customers. Carriage on orders less than £25 will be charged at £3.95 + VAT. As always, all orders placed before the order deadline (2.30pm for phone/fax and 4pm electronically) will be despatched the same day.

Revised Sales Territories

As a consequence of the recent re-structuring at Trust Media Distribution, our field sales team will now consist of five Area Sales Managers. Whilst this is a reduction of one from our previous level we are confident that this new structure, along with a newly developed Call Centre Team (previously the Customer Services Department) will provide you with improved service levels.
Each Area Sales Managers (ASM) will be partnered with a member of the Call Centre Team who will work in support of the ASM to provide you with an additional level of support and to deal with sales and general service enquiries. The Call Centre Team will come under the Sales Division and as such will have a much more ‘product and sales focused’ role as well as fulfilling the standard customer service functions.
The revised sales territories are set out below and if you have not already heard from your new ASM they will be in contact with you in due course. They will also advise you of their Call Centre Team partner along with their contact details.
We are confident that these changes will enhance the service offered by Trust Media Distribution and we look forward to serving you in the months and years ahead under these new structures.

PDF Invoices
Following positive feedback from trial stores we have implemented PDF invoicing for all Christian Bookstores where we have an email address stored. This way bookstores will be able to see clearly which products have been despatched and which, if any, have gone to backorder. If you don’t normally receive despatch confirmation emails from us then it is likely we do not have an email address for you – in which case please contact our Call Centre Team on 0845 705 6568 or serviceline@tmdistribution.co.uk. You will still receive paper invoices as usual.
