To enable you to manage your backorders more easily, we have now added a new feature to our website allowing you to view the products you have on backorder.
Simply click on Account and select Outstanding Backorders.
Each item on backorder is marked with a
symbol
You can click on this to view the order details and see whether a backorder can be cancelled.
The symbol is colour-coded indicating the status of the backorder.
If you don’t have a log in for the website Customer Services will be happy to give you one.
