TRUST MEDIA DISTRIBUTION EXPRESS SERVICE

Trust Media is delighted to announce the launch of a new Express Delivery Service, supplying stock orders from the US to your door within 5-7 working days (although our aim is to regularly exceed these guidelines!)
Initially there will be 6000 lines available through this service but this will expand to 40,000 within the next six months. Updates on the expanding stockfile will be visible on the website each month.
This new service is due to launch on Friday 30^th November and, initially, is only available in the UK and Northern Ireland, via the Trust Media website, www.TMDistribution.co.uk. We are working towards extending this service to other regions and ordering channels eg. Synergi as part of the next phase of this project.

This service provides you, the retailer with the following key benefits:

• Availability – By offering this service Trust Media is, in effect, making a significant number of products available that would not normally be stocked, enabling you to order and receive quickly to help with your customer demand.
• Convenience – You can order Express lines from the US at the same time as items stocked in our Carlisle warehouse, eliminating the need for multiple orders and invoices. 
• Limitless – Unlike some US wholesalers there is no minimum order quantity or value to order via Trust Media’s Express Service
• Service – Competitive delivery time scale – Trust Media will deliver within 5-7 working days on orders placed by 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• Value – Competitive pricing and carriage rates – Trust Media will sell Express product at 40% discount (international carriage charges apply)
• UK Billing – Convenience of Trust Media billing in £ sterling.
• Time – Retailers will gain time-saving benefit from dealing with only one supplier.
• Choice – The option to order multiple copies of the same line and have some Express delivered and some on our current standard delivery.

CARRIAGE ON UK ORDERS

UK orders under £25 nett incur a carriage charge of £3.95. This charge is only payable once per order, whether the order is despatched in one or multiple deliveries.

ISBN Changes – Authentic Titles

Authentic have recently had to make some changes to the ISBNs of four titles they supply. The following titles have now been re-stickered with the ISBNs listed below and any backorders have been moved to the new codes. 

From 19th November we will not be able to fulfil orders placed using the old codes, so please bear this in mind when placing orders for these titles, particularly as three of these are included in the Authentic Christmas Books Promotion.

Any returns for the above titles invoiced (using the old ISBN) before 1^st November 2012, will be brought in against the NEW ISBN.

TRUST MEDIA TO DISTRIBUTE MAKE BELIEVE IDEAS

Trust Media Distribution is delighted to announce that it has reached an agreement to become the UK distributor for innovative children's publisher, Make Believe Ideas. 

Make Believe Ideas' bestselling Christian products (including the popular My Very First Bible Stories and Bible Stories for Girls/Boys) can already be ordered from Authentic through Trust Media Distribution.

In addition to these Christian products, Trust Media will now handle warehousing and distribution of all products, across all markets, on behalf of Make Believe Ideas, from their purpose-built premises in Carlisle. The process of transition will start in the next few days with completion planned by the end of November. Full details will be communicated in the near future.
