Review of UK Supplier Base – update
Trust Media announced a review of its UK supplier base on the 24th October. We are pleased to confirm Trust Media is continuing to supply the following suppliers: Collins, CFP, EP, Hodder and a number of others which we will be announcing in the near future. Discussions are ongoing with many other suppliers and we hope to have conclusions on these in the next few weeks.
At the start of the review it was our intention to continue with the supply of UK publishers through to the end of 2011, however, from 1st December 2011 we will no longer be supplying the following publishers to the trade: Scripture Union, CWR (including dated materials), Kevin Mayhew, IVP, Church House Publishing, St Andrew Press and SCM Canterbury Press. Pendings for these suppliers will be cancelled and orders placed after 1st December will not be fulfilled.
We would like to express our thanks to all of the suppliers we have partnered with over recent years and stress these changes are a reflection of the implementation of our new business strategy and are necessary to ensure continued improvement in our service to customers and suppliers alike.

- Continuing to develop our US wholesale supplier range, with 40 US publishers including Zondervan, Tyndale, Thomas Nelson, Harvest House, Crossway, NavPress, Moody (now exclusively available through Trust Media), Random House (Waterbrook/Multnomah), B&H, Destiny Image (US & Europe), Gospel Light, Kregel, Whitaker House, Twin Sisters, Concordia, Group, Shepherd Press, Gospel Folio, Bardin & Marsee, AMG, YWAM, Lifeway, Dake and many more.
- Continue to supply a reduced UK publisher base.
- Development of the Retail Partnership Programme.
- Development of a new and improved trade website (with greater visibility of product availability and vastly improved search engine).
- Continuing to invest in fantastic product through Penfold Card & Gift.

Order deadline extended from today!
To make life a little easier for you as the seasonal rush approaches, from today, Monday 28th November, until Wednesday 21st December 2011 we have extended our phone/fax order deadline from 2.30pm to 3pm. We are also able to offer a same-day-despatch service up to and including the 21st December.
